Valet Attendant

Encore Service Group is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Valet Attendant to join our team at the Beaumont/Corewell Hospital Campus in Grosse Pointe. As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, guests, and hospital staff while ensuring the safe and timely parking of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to work on time and be ready to work
• Greet patients, guests, and hospital staff in a friendly and courteous manner
• Adhere to Encore Service Group uniform policy and maintain a well-kempt and professional appearance
• Drive, park, and retrieve guest's cars in a safe and courteous manner
• Ensure customers receive timely service
• Wash windshields on each car parked
• Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times
• Open doors and provide assistance as needed
• Actively seek opportunities to exceed expectations

Requirements:

• Must be responsible, reliable, and punctual
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to walk, run, and stand throughout the shift is essential
• Applicants must have reliable transportation
