Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to lead our Physical Therapy team in Bellevue, WA. As a Lead Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for managing the Physical Therapy department and developing individualized health and fitness programs for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and facilitate growth of the Physical Therapy department
- Conduct patient consultations, review health and medical histories, and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs
- Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment, including exercise instruction and activities of daily living
- Educate patients on the benefits of physical therapy and provide guidance on treatment plan maintenance and home exercises
- Oversee the work of Physical Therapist Assistants and ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records
Requirements:
- Graduation from an Accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy Program (DPT)
- Physical Therapy License in WA
- Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
- At least 3 years' experience as a Physical Therapist
