Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Produce Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Produce Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and freshness of our produce products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of produce products, including quality, freshness, and availability
- Ensure produce products are properly stored, rotated, and displayed
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the produce department and surrounding areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a retail or food service environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly wage range: $16.00 - $23.00
- Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances
