StaffMed Health Partners is collaborating with a prominent Anesthesia group to support the recruitment of additional Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to enhance their workforce.

In this role, you will experience the freedom of practicing independently while working in conjunction with Anesthesiologists, forming a cohesive Anesthesiology team.



Benefits and Advantages:

- Competitive compensation structure with total earnings around $300k +/- (potential for higher earnings available)
- $40k signing bonus
- 7 weeks of paid time off
- Independent Contractor status

Practice Highlights / Qualifications:
- Autonomous, comprehensive practice
- Collaborative team consisting of 2 Anesthesiologists and 9 CRNAs
- Diverse case mix with no obstetrics, cardiac, or neurosurgery cases
- CRNAs are responsible for all pre-operative assessments, anesthesia administration, post-anesthesia care unit management, nerve blocks, and line placements.

Physicians are available for mentorship in advanced techniques such as blocks and lines.

Enjoy a favorable work-life balance with a manageable call schedule:
- Approximately 1 week of call (Monday to Thursday) every 8 to 9 weeks (guaranteed day off after call)
- Approximately 1 weekend every 8 to 9 weeks (guaranteed day off following weekend call)
- Only 1 holiday commitment per year.
