Adjusts care plans based on patient condition and evaluation of progress.
Ensures care meets established standards.
Facilitates the effective development and execution of discharge plans, addressing barriers and providing patient/family education.
Ensures patients comprehend discharge instructions and identifies educational needs for outpatient care.
Prioritizes patient safety in all aspects, including medication administration and procedural care, utilizing established safety protocols.
Ensures optimal pain management and patient comfort; addresses patient anxieties and concerns regarding their health status and treatment.

Basic Qualifications:
- Current CA RN license.
- BLS certification.
- At least 6 months of recent full-time experience in Emergency or Critical Care, or successful completion of a KP ED training program or equivalent.
- Current ACLS and PALS certification required.
