Job Title: Physical Therapist or Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist or Assistant to join our team at All Medical Personnel. As a Physical Therapist or Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions.
• Serve as a co-leader in interdisciplinary approaches to patient groups, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas that require attention, using appropriate clinical techniques and tools to establish individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques, establishing individualized care and discharge plans and ensuring they are communicated to relevant parties.
• Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines, supervising assigned assistants and performing other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• 6 months of recent experience as a Physical Therapist or Assistant.
• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy or a related field.
• BLS certification and active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist or Assistant.
• Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
