Guest Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable experience in our stores.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer guest questions about our products and services.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to safety and security protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
