Key Responsibilities:
  • Directing and managing the planning and execution of construction initiatives, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
  • Creating comprehensive project plans and related communication documents.

  • Preparing and submitting budget proposals, suggesting adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in the construction sector.
  • Proven track record in providing on-site management and strong leadership to construction teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, direct, perform, review, and present project management assignments independently, with efficiency and precision.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and standard office applications.
  • Strong understanding of building processes and experience in managing construction contracts.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
