Starbucks Barista

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Starbucks Barista at Target. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting and serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food, including Starbucks products and Target's own food offerings
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Starbucks area and surrounding spaces
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods of time
