Staff Today Inc is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a local contract nursing position in Bishopville, South Carolina.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a correctional setting. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and promoting a safe and respectful environment for patients and staff.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current RN licensure in the state of South Carolina.
- Experience in a correctional setting or similar environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
