Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate unit staffing to ensure effective and efficient delivery of patient care.

  • Develop and implement plans to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to promote growth and development.

Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum of 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire date.
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
