Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and professional development opportunities. Our goal is to ensure that our staff members have the resources they need to succeed in their roles and achieve their personal and professional goals.Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary care services in our new Residential Treatment home for Adolescents. This includes conducting regular medical evaluations and assessments for clients, prescribing and managing medication, ordering and interpreting lab results, and coordinating consultations or referrals as needed. Additionally, the successful candidate will document patient encounters through weekly progress notes, update treatment plans on a weekly basis, and collaborate with Psychiatrists regarding shared cases and treatment teams.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree from an accredited college is required.
  • The successful candidate must hold an APRN License issued from the State working in, with Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
