Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement PLC Upgrades: Develop and oversee the implementation of PLC upgrades across various locations, ensuring seamless integration of systems.
- Collaborate with IT Teams: Work closely with IT teams to ensure the integration of systems, providing solutions that meet project requirements.
- Lead and Support Projects: Lead and support projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Manage Capital Budgets: Effectively manage capital budgets, optimizing costs and resources.
- Integrate PLC Systems with MES: Integrate PLC systems with MES for enhanced manufacturing operations.
- Add Instrumentation to Existing Systems: Add instrumentation to existing systems for improved data collection and analysis.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Related Field: A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Proven Experience in PLC Programming: Proven experience in PLC programming, upgrades, and system integration is essential.
- Strong Understanding of MES Systems: A strong understanding of MES systems and their integration with PLC controls is required.
- Excellent Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage budgets, are necessary.
- Effective Communication and Collaboration Skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams are essential.
- Clear Growth Trajectory: A clear growth trajectory within the company.
- Competitive Base Salary: A competitive base salary of $100,000 - $130,000.
- Bonus Incentive: A bonus incentive of 10% of individual performance and company performance.
