Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Critical Care Specialist at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in our intensive care unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to care.

Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN) with 2 years to complete the BSN degree.
  • Valid Florida Registered Nurse License and ACLS and BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Critical Care Nursing experience, preferably in an ICU setting.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and moderate computer literacy.
