Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team at Rosalinda Aguero - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our operations, you will focus on building strong relationships with customers, providing top-notch service, and promoting relevant products and services to enhance their experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or client-facing roles, preferably with a background in customer service or account management.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and empathy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
