About the Role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality frontend code for our web applications. You'll work closely with our team to identify opportunities for innovation and adoption of new technologies.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing scalable, maintainable, and efficient frontend architectures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solution requirements and technical implementation approaches
  • Participating in architecture and engineering discussions to drive technical decisions
  • Analyzing, designing, programming, debugging, and modifying software for use in local, networked, cloud-based, or Internet-related environments
  • Ensuring the health and quality of code across the portfolio, including leadership over SCM, functional testing, and CI/CD tool integration
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience with React, JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, and CSS3
  • 3+ years of experience with REACT/Redux and bundlers like Webpack and Rollup
  • 3+ years of experience with package managers like npm and Yarn
  • 3+ years of experience with integrating RESTful APIs and JSON
  • Experience with performance tuning of Single-Page Applications (SPAs)
  • Experience with debugging, tracing, and fixing end-to-end issues
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and WAI-ARIA (Web Accessibility Initiative) and WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
