Kelly Services is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part Specialist.
As a Part Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound phone traffic, answering product and order questions, and upselling service plans and additional needed parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders and credit card transactions
- Upsell and cross-sell service plans and additional products
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience in a parts or customer service role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
