Job Summary

W A Kendall and Company LLC is seeking a skilled Aerial Lift Trimmer to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of utility lines and trees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce and promote safe work practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and materials for daily operations.
  • Perform tree maintenance activities, including trimming and clearing trees and brush from utility lines.
  • Assist in the upkeep and organization of tools and equipment.
  • Continuously improve your climbing and tree maintenance skills to enhance your professional development.
  • Support your colleagues in all aspects of daily operations.
  • Identify and mitigate hazards in the work area to ensure a safe environment for employees and the public.
  • Participate in storm work as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in electric utility vegetation management, construction, logging, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • A Class A CDL is required.
