We are seeking talented and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BT's) to join our team, supporting our mission to provide life-changing treatment to children.

As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts, collecting data, and implementing individualized treatment plans.

Your key tasks will include:

• Implementing behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Collecting data to monitor progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and reporting progress
• Supporting BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
• Being responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
• Maintaining clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
• Physically keeping up with clients as they move about the session area(s), requiring standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Access to reliable transportation
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
• Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Pay Rate: $19.00-$27.00
