Clinical Instructor

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Instructor to teach our Nursing Assistant program at Western Nebraska Community College. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students and contribute to the college's mission of providing high-quality education.

The Clinical Instructor will be responsible for teaching, evaluating, and mentoring students in the Nursing Assistant program. The successful candidate will have experience in nursing education, with a strong background in adult learning principles and curriculum design.

• Teach and evaluate students in the Nursing Assistant program
• Develop and implement course materials and assessments
• Mentor and support students in their clinical experiences
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of two years' experience in nursing education or a related field
• A current LPN or RN license in good standing
• Experience in long-term care or supervising CNA's
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
