  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
  • Maintain professional relationships with patients and their families.
  • Guide pharmacy staff in providing safe and effective care.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive workplace environment.
  • Educate pharmacy students, residents, and patients on medication use.
  • Deliver cost-effective pharmaceutical care.
  • Adhere to established drug policies and procedures.
  • Optimize the use of time and resources in daily operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Educational Requirements:
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
Required Certifications:
  • Valid State licensure as a Registered Pharmacist.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and completion of an immunization administration course.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, if applicable.
Work Complexity:
  • Demonstrates critical thinking skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Capable of functioning effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Experience Requirements:
  • Completion of a pharmacy residency or relevant professional experience is essential.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to perform job duties while standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity and capability to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Normal or corrected vision is required.
  • Effective verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Adhere to standard safety precautions using personal protective equipment.
