Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EMT to join our team at The Village at Germantown. As a Security/EMT, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide quality emergent care to residents.
  • Conduct routine fire and security inspections to identify potential hazards and improve response plans.
  • Patrol community premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, equipment, and vehicles.
  • Respond to fire alarms and investigate locations to ensure the safety of residents and staff.
  • Monitor and adjust building systems to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Complete reports of daily activities and irregularities, including equipment or property damage, theft, and unusual occurrences.
  • Document all emergency and non-emergency incidents and calls via written and electronic communication methods.
Requirements
  • EMT Basic or Advanced EMT certification required.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an EMT.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and healthcare inspection processes and training mandates.
