The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Nursing, relevant experience in healthcare settings, and a strong commitment to quality care and teamwork. This role involves leading clinic staff, implementing clinical protocols, and engaging with patients through various communication channels, including telehealth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, providing guidance as necessary to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
  • Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians, maintaining compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements.
  • Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
