Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based therapy practices and cutting-edge modalities to our patients, working in a supportive team environment and utilizing the latest technology and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care to patients, helping them achieve therapy goals and a higher quality of life
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapy practices and cutting-edge modalities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on speech and language development and disorders
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited program with a degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure
  • CPR Certification (requirement varies based on State/location)
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire
  • Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development
  • Strives to positively represent their discipline and Marquis Companies in the community
