Stahls' DFC is the place for all your garment decorating needs. We offer the world's largest selection of embellishment materials and methods, including embroidery, Digital Printing, and Heat Seal. Our experienced staff provides the best customer service in the industry, and we're an official licensed decorator and event merchandiser for many professional sports leagues and organizations.

Job Summary

We're seeking a Production Team Lead to coordinate work activities for the manager/supervisor of the assigned work center(s). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to act on their own with minimal supervision, and have a strong attention to detail. The Production Team Lead will be responsible for maintaining work center inventory needs, acting as a trainer/mentor to direct reports, and ensuring that assembly functions are completed in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates work activities for the manager/supervisor of the assigned work center(s)
  • Maintains work center inventory needs
  • Acts as a trainer/mentor to direct reports
  • Ensures that assembly functions are completed in accordance with Company policies and procedures
  • Examines defective materials/machinery to determine cause of malfunction/defect and reports to maintenance or department manager
  • Sets up and operates machines to make test runs and experimental products
  • Establishes or adjusts work procedures and employee work assignments to meet production schedules/goals
  • Assumes responsibility for ensuring that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained
  • Completes special projects as needed
