Job Summary:
We seek an organized and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks, patient chart management, and transportation arrangements. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals will be essential in providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient appointments, medical records, and treatment plans to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Assist patients with transportation arrangements and provide support during hospital visits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address patient needs, promoting a patient-centered approach.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related administrative position in a medical setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; medical secretary or secretarial certification is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive total rewards package, including a salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
