AquaSafe Pool Management, Inc. is seeking highly motivated and responsible Lifeguards to join our team at our aquatic facilities. As a Lifeguard, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety of patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations fairly and consistently.
  • Monitor and maintain proper pool water chemicals and record keeping.
  • Ensure a clean and enjoyable aquatic facility for patrons.
  • Report any unsafe conditions or faulty equipment to your Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 15 years old by date of hire or the last day of the lifeguard course.
  • Must be able to work Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, and Labor Day weekend.
  • Must be able to work all weekends throughout the summer.
  • Must conduct themselves in a professional manner and be attentive and focused.
  • Must have a current Nationally Approved Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid Certificates or obtain before the beginning of the season.

  • Competitive hourly rate of $14-$17 per hour, plus overtime and bonus opportunities.
