LPN JOB SUMMARY
As a Practical Nursing Specialist, you will provide essential support to unit leadership, responding promptly to the needs of residents and their families within the scope of LPN practice.

Your responsibilities will include:
1. Utilizing nursing processes and judgment to prioritize and deliver quality direct care.
2. Administering standard nursing treatments and medications while monitoring residents for effects.
3. Collaborating with the care team to update the Nursing Care Plan based on observations and findings.
4. Documenting vital signs, treatments administered, and residents' responses.
5. Overseeing the delivery of care and CNA assignments, ensuring competency and meeting residents' needs.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate harmoniously with staff.
