Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our virtual therapy team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive virtual evaluations, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and providing direct virtual therapy services to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough virtual evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide high-quality virtual therapy services, utilizing teletherapy platforms to engage with students effectively.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into the student's educational experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid SLP licensure in Alaska and/or ability to obtain.
  • Certification (e.g., CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and virtual communication tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with virtual therapy is a plus.
