Job Overview:

  • Deliver comprehensive respiratory care services to patients within the healthcare system, adhering to established departmental protocols.
  • Engage in emergency response for critical respiratory situations as required.
  • Ensure accurate and thorough documentation in patient records and departmental logs.
  • Assume the role of lead therapist when the situation demands.

Qualifications:

  • Current BCLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Proficient understanding of medical terminology and contemporary respiratory care practices.
  • Capability to maintain composure in high-pressure scenarios and communicate effectively.
  • Awareness of psychosocial and physiological growth across different age demographics.
  • Required manual dexterity, visual acuity, and stamina to stand for extended periods.

Licenses and Certifications Needed:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • Certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
