Popeyes Cashier II

TravelCenters of America is seeking a skilled Cashier II to join our team. As a key member of the store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

• Provide courteous and efficient service to customers, processing transactions with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked food and beverage area, ensuring a positive shopping environment.
• Assist with receiving and unloading product, stocking and organizing merchandise on planograms.
• Train lower-level cashiers on job duties and responsibilities, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
• Prioritize tasks according to store and management needs, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, reporting any potential hazards or incidents.
• Establish strong relationships with leaders and coworkers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

• 2+ years of cashier experience, with a strong background in customer service and cash handling.
• Computer/POS knowledge and skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
• Cash handling skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Merchandising/stocking experience, with a keen eye for visual merchandising and display.
• Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
