Job Summary:

We are seeking a Per Diem Crisis Outreach Responder to provide evidenced-based crisis services to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation services to individuals in need.
  • Connect individuals with community resources and services to support their mental health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with community providers and 988 managing entity to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders to enhance service access and coordination.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a mental health-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in crisis intervention and mental health services.
  • Valid NJ driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide crisis intervention services 24/7.
