About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate New Nurse Graduate to join our team as a Nurse Care Specialist at Dialysis Clinic, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis or hospital services
  • Collaborate with care teams to ensure safe and high-quality patient care
  • Administer and chart prescribed medications under the supervision of a registered nurse
  • Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews
  • Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals

Requirements
  • Accredited nursing degree required
  • Dialysis experience not required, job shadow opportunities available
