Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team at Utilities Service Co Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage construction crews and resources to ensure efficient project delivery
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to determine project scope, budget, and timeline
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
• Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and direct construction teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
• Proficient in construction software and technology, including project management tools and equipment
