Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic CT exams using state-of-the-art imaging equipment
  • Verify patient identification and physician orders
  • Provide procedural information and education to patients and families
  • Acquire accurate patient histories and document in medical records
  • Operate CT imaging equipment and perform quality control and quality assurance testing
  • Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree from a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited radiography program
  • 1 year of relevant clinical experience
  • Proficiency in CT technology and ability to float to assigned hospitals
  • CRT-Radiologic Technologist registration from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • CRT-Computerized Tomography (CT) registration from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
