Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our ERP and CRM implementation, optimize business processes, and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Project management for ERP and CRM: Supervise and improve the processes of the newly installed ERP system, including ERP and CRM functions, digitization of QM-relevant work, and testing steps in purchasing and production.
• Process optimization: Provide professional and proactive support to specialist teams (sales, purchasing, and production) to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to drive business growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in IT project management, with a focus on ERP and CRM implementation.
