Perioperative Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Perioperative Registered Nurse to join our team. As a member of our perioperative division, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of patient care during operative and invasive procedures. You will work collaboratively with a highly skilled interprofessional team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists.
The Perioperative Registered Nurse will have the opportunity to explore and gain expertise in both circulator and scrub roles. In the circulator role, you will supervise and evaluate the activities of other team members, executing immediate directives and interventions in elective and urgent or emergent situations. In the scrub role, you will wear sterile garments, maintain the integrity of the sterile field, and manage surgical instruments to support the surgeon at the operative field.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and quality of patient care during operative and invasive procedures.
- Work collaboratively with a highly skilled interprofessional team.

Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid and current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- BLS certification required.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 36 hours per week, with a combination of 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts. Start times vary, and staff cover weekends, off-shift, holidays, and an on-call schedule.
