Server - Food and Beverage Professional

The Server is a key member of the Avantic Lodging Enterprises team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

• Customer Service: Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
• Food and Beverage Service: Service guests with all food and beverage requirements in a warm, friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Table Management: Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed to maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
• Cash Handling: Carry out cashiering functions in closing checks and end of shift paperwork.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

• Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Certifications: Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers certification required.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.

The Server will work in a fast-paced dining environment, interacting with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner. The position requires standing for long periods, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
