Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

As a Manufacturing Planner, you will play a crucial role in the Supply Chain Engineering team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to interpret and analyze technical schematics and drawings.
  • Material Knowledge: General familiarity with aircraft components and materials.
  • Manufacturing Expertise: Experience in manufacturing processes across metals, non-metals, and composites, with a preference for aerospace applications.
  • Process Optimization: Development of instructions and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Coordination with offshore teams for input, clarification, and delivery timelines.
  • Strategic Development: Formulation of manufacturing concepts and strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Supplier Integration: Establishment and integration of suppliers, processes, materials, data, and technology to fulfill manufacturing and delivery needs.
  • Data Review: Evaluation and approval of supplier data to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
  • Documentation: Drafting, updating, and reviewing processes and procedures to meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Assisting other teams as needed to fulfill engineering commitments.
  • SAP Proficiency: Experience with SAP service notifications, orders, quotes, purchase requisitions, and requests for assistance.
  • Material Management: Development and maintenance of material masters and quote backup sheets to document as-built configurations.

This role is essential for ensuring that our manufacturing processes align with the strategic objectives of K&K Global Talents.
