Requirements:

  • Over 5 to 7 years of experience in operations management, with a Master's degree or higher, or 7-10 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing effective operational strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze key performance indicators, and implement necessary improvements.

Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance is required. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
