Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within the restaurant sector.
  • At least 2 years of experience in training and mentoring others.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with patience and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and hygiene.
  • Consistent attendance and reliability are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Excel and Word applications.
  • Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Background in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) audits is a plus.
  • Experience in convenience store operations is beneficial.
