About the Role

This position requires a licensed RN with at least three years of experience in Emergency or Adult Critical Care settings. You will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, determining the best course of action, and providing critical care services during flights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' conditions and develop effective treatment plans
  • Work collaboratively with air and ground teams to ensure safe and efficient patient transport
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with ongoing training and certification requirements
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the states served by the assigned area
  • Three years of experience in an Emergency or Adult Critical Care setting as a licensed RN
  • EMT Certification in state(s) where required
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications required prior to flight status (NRP certification provided during New Hire Training)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior flight experience
  • Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
