Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at Jacent Strategic Merchandising. As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in driving sales and enhancing the shopping experience for our retail partners.

• Cultivate strong relationships with in-store management to ensure seamless execution of merchandising resets and displays.
• Execute merchandising resets and builds retail displays that drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
• Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks to maximize sales opportunities.
• Implement plan-o-grams to optimize product placement and drive sales.

• A self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable in changing environments and able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and repetitive hand movements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Resides within 20 miles of Brentwood, CA.
