About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Toddler Aide to join our team at Cornerstone Preschool and Childcare. As a Toddler Aide, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for our youngest learners.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the lead teacher to implement a curriculum that meets the unique needs of toddlers
  • Provide exceptional care and support for toddlers' physical, emotional, and social development
  • Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress
  • Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
  • Assist with meal and snack service, diapering, and nap time routines
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Possess or willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
  • Exhibit a patient, nurturing, and compassionate demeanor
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
