This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and coach team members to achieve exceptional results, while also ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of sanitation professionals to consistently deliver high-quality results and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Coaching and Development: Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge, and provide opportunities for growth and development.
- Process Improvement: Analyze opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Sanitation and Quality: Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven leadership experience in a sanitation or related field.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of regulatory compliance, sanitation and sanitary design principles, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
