Job Title: Emergency Room Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Nurse to join our team at HealthEcareers - Client. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Job Summary:

The Emergency Room Nurse will be responsible for assessing, intervening, and stabilizing patients with various medical conditions, including trauma and illnesses. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to prioritize patients based on medical need and provide timely and effective care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and prioritize patients based on medical need
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
  • Active RN license
  • 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
