BC/BE Cardiothoracic Surgeon Wanted for Private Practice

MEDICORP, INC is seeking a highly skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join their team in Northern Florida. The ideal candidate will have experience and interest in adult cardiac, thoracic surgery, minimally invasive robotic techniques, and the knowledge and interest to work on the arch.
Responsibilities- Perform all aspects of Adult Cardiac Surgery, including On and Off-Pump CABG, Mitral Repair, and TAVR
- Participate in an active TAVR program, arrhythmia surgery, and endovascular and open aortic surgery, including dissection repair
- Conduct a broad spectrum of thoracic surgical procedures, including minimally invasive lung resections, transhiatal esophagectomy, and complex anti-reflux procedures
- Manage inpatients daily and participate in hospital call 1:4
- Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Experience with minimally invasive robotic techniques and knowledge of the arch
- Ability to provide vascular services, TAVR, and/or Endovascular a plus, but not required
MEDICORP, INC is a Level II Trauma Center with a structural heart program and an accredited chest pain center with primary PCI & resuscitation. The practice is open Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with a current schedule of 1 day per week in clinic and 4 days per week in the OR.
