KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the development, review, and revision of care plans.
- Deliver nursing care in accordance with the physician's treatment plan and the client's individual care plan, as authorized by the payer source.
- Monitor, document, and report patient reactions to treatments and any changes in their condition to the appropriate personnel or physician.
- Provide ongoing instruction and supervision to clients, families, or other healthcare team members regarding the treatment plan.
- Record and monitor patient conditions and document care services using electronic charting.
- Engage in educational programs, quality assessment activities, and staff meetings as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse License.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
