Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day culinary operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation
• Coordinate food and kitchenware orders, maintaining efficient inventory management
• Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and improve existing ones
• Standardize recipes and presentation styles to enhance guest experience
• Lead a team of cooks, providing guidance and support to achieve shared goals

Requirements
• Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of cost and labor systems
• Passion for food and cooking techniques, with a focus on innovation and creativity
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Compensation and Benefits
