Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter/Insulator to join our team at Tecnico Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality coatings and surface preparation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and interpret technical information, specifications, and drawings to ensure accurate coating and surface preparation.
  • Apply coatings and perform surface preparation to meet or exceed industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Operate and maintain sandblast equipment, spray paint equipment, and other necessary tools to achieve high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement effective coating and surface preparation plans to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Painter in a shipyard environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of coatings, surface preparation, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
